Three-Year Limited Warranty

Effective date: October 14, 2026

Outdoor Lighting, operated by TGDGroup LLC, warrants to the original purchaser that an eligible lighting fixture will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for three years from the date of delivery. This is a limited warranty.

What is covered

This limited warranty covers a verified failure of the fixture body, integrated LED light source, included driver, or included control component caused by a defect in materials or workmanship during normal residential use and within the product’s stated voltage, dimmer compatibility, installation, and IP or environmental rating.

What is not covered

• Improper, unsafe, or non-code-compliant installation.
• Use with an incompatible voltage, transformer, dimmer, control system, or wiring configuration.
• Installation outside the product’s stated indoor/outdoor, wet-location, or IP rating.
• Water intrusion caused by incorrect mounting or sealing.
• Misuse, accident, impact, power surge, lightning, fire, flood, extreme environment, corrosion, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or modification.
• Normal wear, cosmetic aging, minor color variation in natural materials, or finish changes caused by weather or cleaning chemicals.
• Labor, electrician, removal, installation, access, scaffolding, drywall, painting, or other consequential costs.
• A product purchased from an unauthorized seller or without valid proof of purchase.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

How to make a claim

Email dannynguyen150498@gmail.com with the order number, installation date, clear photos or video, a description of the issue, and any troubleshooting already completed. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm the defect and safe installation.

Your remedy

For an approved claim, Outdoor Lighting may, at its option, repair the product, provide a replacement part, replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable model, or refund the original purchase price. The approved product, part, and reasonable shipping costs for an approved warranty claim within the United States will be provided without charge.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. It does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
